Terms of Service

Effective: July 5, 2026

The Korean-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version; in case of any conflict with a translation, the Korean version prevails.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Ormdata Inc. ("we", "us") and users in relation to the use of the mobile application PluckUp (the "App").

2. Effect and Acceptance

By installing, launching, or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. These Terms are available for review at any time in the App and on this page, and we may amend them to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. The Service

• The App provides practice tools for guitar and ukulele players (tuner, metronome, chord dictionary, transpose/capo, recording, speed/pitch player, and more).
• Core features are free; certain advanced features require a paid (Pro) unlock.
• If we discontinue or terminate the service for operational or technical reasons, we will give 30 days' notice. As the App is primarily on-device, local features of an already-installed App remain usable after termination.

4. Paid Service · Pro

• Pro is a one-time purchase for permanent use, not a subscription.
• Payment is made through Google Play, and payment, refunds, and purchase restoration follow Google Play's policies.
• Prices and discounts (sales) are based on the amount shown in the store and may vary by region and period.
• Purchases are tied to your Google account and can be restored on reinstall or device change using the same account.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, your rights of withdrawal and refund under applicable law — including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of Korea — are not limited by this Section. Due to the nature of digital content, withdrawal may be restricted once Pro has been delivered, as provided by applicable law; we disclose this before payment and provide trial opportunities through free features and Pro previews (theme preview, 90-second stem-separation trial, etc.).
• If a minor makes a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel the payment as provided by applicable law.

5. Your Content and Copyright

• Recordings you create and audio you load belong to you and are, in principle, stored on your device.
• You must use the App without infringing others' rights, including copyright, and you are responsible for having the rights to any audio you load.
• Reports of copyright or other rights infringement may be sent to pluckup@dartmos.com.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the App without authorization, interfere with the operation of the service, or engage in conduct that violates applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the App and its components (design, software, trademarks, etc.) belong to us; you are granted only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App.

8. Disclaimer

• To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for damages arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, such as force majeure, issues with your device, or outages of third-party services (e.g., Google).
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms as needed and will announce changes via the App or this page at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable or material to users). Amended Terms take effect from the announced effective date.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes between us and users are brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
